Today I'm thankful for: #1- Saturday. I love a nice Saturday. I was thankful to go to the temple and to get myself mentally prepared for a whole new week of being back in my routine.
#2- Another batch of carmel apples. So I had plans on making more carmel apples the Wed I got the phone call my dad had been killed. So when I got home I still had 2 dozen apples and a bunch of cream that couldn't go to waste. Sweet Kerri helped me make another batch of yummy apples. I had plans to give these to everyone I know as a little Halloween/Fall treat. I was pretty excited that they turned out again and last time wasn't just beginners luck. I may just get the hang of this candy making stuff.
